Eddie Gilfoyle was convicted of the murder of his wife Paula. Eddie has maintained his innocence from the beginning. Paula was found hanging at a garage at the family home. She was found to have left a suicide note. But claims were made by her family that Eddie had tricked Paula into writing suicide notes and then coerced her into putting the nose around her neck. There is however no material evidence to support this. Eddie maintains he is completely innocent, not only suffering the death of his wife and unborn child but having to face his time in prison. Eddie continues to fight for justice.
