Miscarriages Of Justice Organisation: Case Files

This directory holds information on our service user’s cases. Many have been proven to be victims of miscarriages of justice and won their freedom.  Others are still fighting to clear their names and find justice. All need our help, whether in or out of jail, whether proven innocent or still fighting.

The state offers very little help to miscarriages of justice victims, not even the basics that are liberally afforded the guilty. Seeking compensation is a long, drawn out process, taking years and in some cases decades, and in others deemed not to be payable at all.

The scars of false imprisonment run deep with traumatic consequences for all affected.  The original victims and their families have been robbed of any form of real justice, (only in one miscarriage case has the real perpetrator every been brought to justice.) Release is only the start of another battle, the battle to rescue the innocent from forever being a victim of the state.
